The Eagles reportedly sign veteran tight end to a one-year contract.

The Philadelphia Eagles are set to sign experienced tight end Harrison Bryant to a one-year contract, as reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The move comes amid ongoing speculation regarding Dallas Goedert’s future with the team.

Bryant, 26, was originally drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft out of Florida Atlantic University. The 6-foot-5 tight end spent four seasons in Cleveland, recording 89 receptions for 791 yards and 10 touchdowns across 65 appearances, including 30 starts.

One of those 10 touchdowns came in 2023 on a pass from new Eagles quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson—his only career touchdown to date.

Last season, Bryant signed a one-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders. Over 13 games, he managed nine receptions for 86 yards, playing 102 offensive snaps. According to Pro Football Focus, he averaged 9.6 yards per catch and 7.9 yards after the catch per reception.

NFL insider Josina Anderson previously reported that the Eagles were exploring trade options for Goedert, who carries a cap hit of approximately $12 million for the 2025 season. The team is reportedly seeking at least a second-round pick in exchange for the 2018 second-round selection.

Bryant now joins a tight end group that includes Goedert, Grant Calcaterra, and E.J. Jenkins within the Eagles’ roster.

Earlier on Thursday, the Eagles also secured pass rusher Joshua Uche and officially announced running back A.J. Dillon’s one-year contract. Uche is expected to help offset the loss of Josh Sweat and Milton Williams, who departed in free agency. Meanwhile, Dillon is likely to take over as Saquon Barkley’s primary backup, replacing Kenny Gainwell.
